Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including codes, downloads, e-books, online courses, or similar items) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed. If you encounter a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days for assistance.
Physical Products
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. We may request photo evidence to process your claim. Approved claims are eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Physical items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned to us in the same condition in which you received them.
Services
Payments for services (including consulting, marketing campaigns, or similar work) are non-refundable once the service has begun. If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid potential cancellation fees. We reserve the right to assess partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if no work has yet started.
